Zoom in on the bottom right control and use the stick in it

Pull the lever.

Now look at the hint at the top.

You will see the circles come down in this order: 2, 8, 7, 4

So adjust the 4 blocks on the wall to indicate 2, 8, 7, and 4 bars (from left to right)

Open the door and exit level 24!
