Pick up the red ball and place it in the square-hole top right.
Tilt the table until the ball hit the left side.  You will hear a chime.
Now pull the lever.
The hint above the door = "DOOR".
So look at the letter values that spell door.
D = 6, O = 9, R = 11.
So use the keypad and solve this puzzle with 6 9 9 11.
